About ACOTA

Anglican Church of Transformation, Abijo (ACOTA) started as a parish in year 2008. It is under the Peninsular Archdeaconry of the Lagos Dioceses, Anglican Communion.

Our Church ‘The Anglican Church of Transformation Abijo’ is a visible evident manifestation of the universal church, the body of Christ. We are an Anglican church that is evangelical and also sacramental, with historic Anglican Theology and fresh expression. We are a church planted as something new that is intended to reach out to all in the neighbourhood. We are Christ central; family oriented and would love to have all come as they are to experience the transforming power of God. In our church, everybody is somebody, while only Jesus is Lord. Here, everybody is somebody, and only Jesus Christ is Lord!.
